I was outraged by the salesman's inattention or trickery, but I preferred to contain myself and not argue with that individual, and then I still had to demand from the mechanic the car's original headlight, which was exchanged for a new one for me to take away since it's mine. and there was no need to exchange it for a new one. I paid more than I expected and at the time of payment another "surprise" the girl at the cash desk or registration asked me to sign a document "authorizing the protection of my data" which at the time I didn't understand at all what that was and what because but, I was already irritated and wanted to get out of the place I signed without even demanding a copy of that document.
